They felt uncharacteristically cold and numb, though she had a hint it was because of the long scrape on her arm. It throbbed with excruciating pain. With her thoughts focused on it, the pain worsened. It took all of her determination to not sink to the floor. Nico noticed. "Are you sure you're okay?"
